Payment Policy
The practice provides treatment under the NHS and at present NHS patients are required to pay NHS dental charges. At the start of treatment, you will be provided with a treatment plan and the estimated cost. If, during treatment, the treatment plan changes, we will explain why, discuss your options and provide you with an updated estimate.
Patients are requested to pay for the treatment they have had done at each visit. For certain items, payment is required in advance to cover any associated lab costs etc. Card payments are preferred and contactless payment is available but we do still accept cash. We do not accept American Express.
If you are in one of the following categories, you may be entitled to either full or partial exemption from NHS charges.
